In this podcast, we discussed why this should be considered a federal holiday. It is worth noting that Kaiser Permanente employees have not received a day off from work yet because this is not recognized as a legal holiday.

Still, why should the federal government not recognize the birthday of our country’s most important landmark? I suggest that this date should be considered a Federal holiday so that we can continue the holiday that is beloved to so many people.
